Lawyers – a lawyer should be consulted for either buying or selling, for your protection
Home Inspectors – A home inspection should be done by the Buyer. The home inspection should include:

Oil tank scope of the property for buried oil tanks

Mortgages – there are a number of lenders you can consult with. Shop around for a good rate and terms.
Homeowners Insurance - if you are financing your new home, a policy will be required by your lender.
Construction estimates – in the event a prospective buyer or seller requires an estimate for a repair – prior to either listing or purchasing home, Steve has worked with several, reliable companies – both large and small.
